Also called Brachioplasty, this procedure reshapes and contours the upper arms. An excess amount of saggy skin in the arms is a common by-product of high amounts of weight loss, or in cases where liposuction has taken away a lot of fat from the area.

The only leftover mark of this kind of procedure is a scar that will be hidden in the underside of the arms. It is a relatively quick and easy operation, and the sutures are usually taken a week after the procedure.
