The Procedure

Expect the procedure to take anywhere between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the size of the breasts. Swelling, soreness, and mild pain are expected after effects of the operation. Most patients return to usual light, daily activities after 1 week, and resume the full spectrum of their physical activities by 6 weeks.
